Solid build quality
I've had this for 4 months now.. This machine is a war horse.. Setting up the first measurements was tricky.. But it never broke parts so far
Its a beast in a low cost, loved it
Fast delivery, well packaged and the best professional low cost large printer the 4 Max, you'll find. You just need to read about 3D printing skills to not blame the printer for your mistakes. I wanted to buy another one for the best price but it was gone .
There was no quality check. UPDATE!
How could I write a review on a printer that was used. The moment I opened the box there were obvious signs that this isn't new. Scratches of screws tightening, finger prints on the screen and small empty screws bags with no screws. If you want it just go ahead and buy it but be careful you don't fall for quality check issues. UPDATE 10-10-2024: ELEGOO reached out to resolve this and ensure my satisfaction. The issue was with the logistics. I have given them another chance and ordered another Neptune 4 Max.
Big printer disadvantages
Very big printer (needs good space) While having a big bed is great it's also a disadvantage, it takes forever to heat, hard and time consuming to calibrate. And I'd you want a tall or big print it will probably knock it off because the bed moves fast. First few weeks it was good but now I regret not choosing a smaller printer, I never really used more than 1/4 of the plate.
One small part broken
one small part arrived broken, which was disappointing. I managed to make it work with a quick fix, but it definitely shouldn’t happen with a new product.

High speed 3d printer
I like that has many functions that other don’t have, such as the high volume for prints, high speed, high temperature head nozzle is an advantage to use many types of filaments. The downside is the heat bed is slow to heat up may take 10 min to start printing, also had problems when using non-elegoo slicing software, so you have to stick with the official elegoo slicer
