I have tried many sleep ear buds and these are my favourite. The sound quality is great and the battery life is excellent. The ANC works very well and takes away the fan noise in my bedroom. I connect by bluetooth to any sound source and it has built in sleep sounds. They are extremely comfortable to wear and I really don't even notice them in my ears. I was using my AirPods over night and they were not comfortable and I'd wake up in the morning with one or both of them lost - this never happens with these. I'd buy again in a heartbeat.I am sleeping much better than I have in years. It also tracks your sleep and gives a sleep score. These are really purpose built for sleep.

It has mic, but you cant call with it!. Only you can use it with social media chat. It is good for sleeping only. I don’t recommend it for daily use.
