Excellent product
Excellent design, works very well, and has held up through extensive use. The sound quality is superb. I highly recommend this blue tooth headset
Exceptional call quality
Great call clarity. Small unintrusive unit. Charges quickly with dock. Takes a little getting used to having it in the ear. Great unit otherwise
Microphone stopped working
I have purchased four of these over the last two years, one for each family member, and was generally pleased overall with the quality, but there is always that one... Well, I finally got around to writing a review, although I purchased this one Nov 17, it has sat on my desk for 6 months. The product worked for just a little over a year, and the microphone stopped working, as I can hear the caller, but the caller cannot hear me.
Cannot keep connected to the phone.
It started out working great for about six months. Then it started bouncing the voice back to the regular phone ear speaker. After 1.5 years now, it will only work for maybe three minutes before dropping the voice. I will not purchase another one nor recommend this product.
