Faulty Product and disapointing Amazon Customer Service Department.
I bought this device for my sons birthday, unfortunately more than 15 days in advance, the returns policy therefor was applicapable. The item proved to be faulty . We talked to Amazon Customer Service who confirmed that they would collect the item from my office for return as it was an expensive item. When the item was ready for collection, Amazon refused to honour their previous committment. I am very disapointed with the device and Amazon!
