Unresponsive screen
Pointless toy. The touchscreen worked for 1 minute now completely unresponsive. Considering that you can purchase a proper mobile phone for the same price and without installation of the SIM card you get pretty much the same functionality, I don't know what I was thinking purchasing this in the first place. Avoid.
A true Digital Audio Player, its real strengths lie in playing on-file music and videos.
The packaging is half-retail, but the emphasis was made on the DAP (digital audio player) itself and the pre-installed apps that are already on the device. I placed my 128GB microsd card into the card slot and it was recognized with a few albums pre-loaded onto the device, but I had to click the person icon and pick the "scan for music" option from the drop-down menu and had to wait or a bit for every album to be recognized and pre-loaded. Of course, I had to go through the settings app to change a few things as well, but there are not that many apps pre-installed on the device, so it was not that tough to find things. The included case is a decent addition, but there is no opening for the microsd card slot, so make sure that you have a large enough microsd card to place inside of the device and leave the case on the device for a long amount of time. Also, the 3.5mm output hole on the case is not that large, so 3.5mm plugs with screw-in parts might not fit properly, and my 240W PD USB-C cable could not charge it, so I had to use the USB-C cable to charge it, with the battery having a tiny black lightning bolt symbol over it and the percentage of battery and "charging" indicators in tiny letters on the lock screen. As for the analog 3.5mm output, it plays decently loud, although you will probably need a separate headphone amplifier to make the sound play louder for studio over-ear headphones and other less sensitive headsets and in-ears. For the wireless bluetooth, it plays fine and most likely will play even louder in that regard, just as long as you follow specific directions in pairing and use for the respective connecting devices. The touchscreen is also not that responsive, so expect to keep improving on use of the hardware and software. As long as your main expectations with this device is a Digital Audio Player, where music comes first, videos second, and everything else as third, fourth, etc., then you should have a decent overall experience with it. Fantastic Audio Player
There is so much to love about this audio/music player. I am one of the many people out there who still listen to old music files that were ripped and stored on their computer hard drive back when we thought we were saving space and physical media would go away. I have so much music and audio files stored on hard drives and when available MP3 players started to disappear and people just turned to their cellphone, I knew that would not work for me. I listen to music a lot and for a continuous amount of time and if I chose to use my phone for that purpose I would have to keep my phone plugged up constantly during the day and my phone doesn't have that much storage capacity. This player works perfectly for my needs in that the battery capacity is very large and I can listen to my music for hours without needing to recharge. The included storage is 80gb but can be increased by adding a larger removable microSD card. The touch screen is big, bright and vivid and photos and documents look amazing on it. The sound quality is fantastic and I really enjoy listening to audio books on this device. It comes loaded with extra software and apps but I only use it to play the files I place on the unit. It can also play FM radio and if you forget your earbuds or headphones you can listen to your music with the units built in speaker.

I love that it has a large touch screen display, a long lasting battery, and has a wide variety of features. This player comes with a brief user instruction manual that's printed in several languages. It’s built on the Android platform and is laid out much like a cell phone, so using it is very intuitive. It was easy to connect to my WI-FI and has been fun to use since the minute I turned it on. I copied music from my PC to the included 64GB micro SD card and plugged it into the TF port of the player and it worked wonderfully! Great too that you can cruise the internet and download apps and stream music & watch movies. Such a fantastic device! The only negative I have so far is that the player gets rather warm/hot after extended use. Overall this Oilsky player has excellent functionality & features and is a superbly incredible value!

I feel this is a bit SUS
The device is slow and glitchy. I don't feel comfortable adding my accounts to it. I also tried to update the software and it would not update. It also gave the the option to "Cancle". I wanted to like this thing but I just don't trust it.
