As a vr it's one of the best in the market. But not durable -the gears can get damaged easily you need to put protection also the hand strap is not reliable can break at anytime -the inside lenses can get scratched you need to be very careful wh n cleaning them -the device can get hot needs a better cooling -spare parts are not easy to get or even not available

Great upgrade, good headset.
I upgraded from my Quest 2 to this and oh my what an upgrade. Whilst it doesn't have better "graphics" the image is much clearer and crisper, and it has better performance than most headsets. Pancake lenses are different than the 2's lenses so it took me a couple of hours to fully adjust (5 years of adjustment to the quest 2's lenses vs 1 hour of adjusting to the 3's) People say the 3 is heavier but I disagree. I feel like it's less bulky, yes, but the 3 is much lighter than the 2. And the touch plus controllers are just chefs kiss. I always hated the quest 2 rings and not having them feels so freeing, and I also don't really encounter tracking issues with them either. And as for the colour passthrough, it's trippy at first, but really cool. It's fun to play games in AR around my house. Worth it? Definitely, plus you get 512GB of storage, that's like 3 times what the 2 had. I have about 3 storage heavy games downloaded that my quest 2 couldn't handle, but the 3 just takes it like a champ. All in all good headset, great buy, from me it gets a 4.5/5 because the default headstrap is still garbage, but you can always buy a custom one (which you should). Iamcool out. 😎

I had been looking forward to getting the Meta Quest 3, and after finally purchasing the 512GB version, I can say that my first experience with it has been even more impressive than I expected. The first thing that struck me was just how far virtual reality has come. This no longer feels like an interesting technology demonstration or something that requires you to overlook a dozen compromises in order to enjoy VR. The Quest 3 feels like a mature, beautifully realized consumer product. The visual quality is excellent. Text is remarkably clear, environments have wonderful detail, and the overall image is sharp enough that I can spend my time enjoying what I'm seeing rather than constantly being reminded that I'm looking through a headset. What has surprised me just as much, though, is mixed reality. Being able to see my actual surroundings while virtual objects and information are incorporated into that environment changes the entire character of the device. Suddenly the Quest isn't only something I put on to disappear into a virtual world—it can bring virtual content into the room I'm already sitting in. That makes the technology feel genuinely futuristic. I also specifically chose the 512GB version, and I'm very glad I did. VR applications and games aren't getting any smaller, and I'd much rather have plenty of storage available than find myself constantly deciding what has to be deleted to make room for something new. Setup was straightforward, the controllers feel natural in the hands, tracking has been excellent so far, and the entire experience feels remarkably polished. There is also something liberating about having all of this capability in a self-contained headset rather than needing to be physically tethered to a computer. And then there is the sheer variety of things you can do with it. Gaming may be the obvious attraction—and Gorilla Tag certainly demonstrates how wonderfully physical and social VR can be—but this is capable of much more than gaming. Ent

This is one great immersive experience.. it's not just watching videos or playing games, there's so much more to do with it like education fitness and productivity tools. It's an emerging tech, it will evolve more.
