Happy with the purchase
I purchased the Hisense soundbar for my TCL TV, and it is fully compatible and works exceptionally well. It comes with an HDMI cable, making the setup quick and easy. Once connected, the soundbar can be controlled using the TV’s remote, which is very convenient, although it also includes its own remote control. I bought it during a promotional offer and am very satisfied with the purchase.
HS2000 -Great soundbar for the price
I'm very satisfied with this soundbar. The sound quality is clear, with good bass and volume, perfect for both movies and music. Easy to set up and connect via Bluetooth. Worth the price. Highly recommended!

No warranty support
Bought this soundbar only 6 months ago, and it has already failed. It is permanently stuck in Bluetooth mode and cannot switch to any other input. Despite being under warranty, I could not get any service or repair support. Hisense asked me to contact Amazon, while Amazon also did not arrange a repair or replacement. Both parties kept passing responsibility, leaving me with no warranty support. Very disappointing after-sales experience.
Shockingly Good for an All-in-One Soundbar
Did a sound test straight out of the box and WOW. The surround sound is clean, immersive, and surprisingly powerful for an all-in-one unit. The built-in subwoofer hits nicely without needing extra speakers or clutter. Dialogue is clear, bass is punchy, and the surround effect really fills the room. Super easy to set up and looks sleek too. Highly recommend.

It's almost as bad as Amazons return policy.
I bought this piece of crap from Amazon on July 11th '26. The sound quality had been really bad from the start and it became defective from August 21th '26, but guess what!, Amazons return policy on it ended on August 13th '26, so basically I got a one month guarantee with it. Well done Amazon, you absolute gangsters.

I bought a similar soundbar and make before. Very hollow sound and some Chinese mumbling on and off. I don't believe this an original product, by Hisense. Bought a lot of Hisense items in my life and the first time I'm not happy.

Form my side , I will say that I am satisfied with this soundbar . It is good value for money . I haven't try all the functions yet but the size is perfect, design is perfect. The sound looks nice . Also, bluetooth connectivity is very easy to do
