Box wasn’t sealed
When I received the item, there was no protective sticker on the glass or on the box, and the packaging was not sealed. The battery is flat within 24 hours. This raises concern that the device may have been previously opened or used.

Innovation with a few hiccups
As another reviewer mentioned from the UK, my watch started to fog up. As I am not based in the US I was not able to get my warranty to replace the watch. Further Garmin was not going to replace it with a new unit, but a refurbished one. When such issues manifested, I lost HR monitor, body battery, sleep tracking and more. I still have a slew of useful functions and I really like the look of the watch. I would have given 5 stars if not for that strange incidence of misting and OHRS failure. Strange because this watch is rated to 100ATM water resistance

For my purposes this watch is more than enough. Sometimes the watch saves the training progress for a long time, otherwise everything is great
The watch was defective.
I gave the watch as a gift, and it was only opened yesterday. It doesn’t work at all, and the screen has a defect. The return period has expired, so it’s unclear what to do next.

Great smartwatch
I originally purchased the Instinct 2 but found readability issues in low light so I replaced it with the crossover which cured that problem with bright white hands and indices. I am a light user so get 3 -4 weeks of battery life and found it does a good job of tracking steps, heat rate, weather etc. What I particularly like is that tells you instantly when you are out of range of your phones bluetooth and then instantly tells you when you reconnect. Extremely good with messages etc and when out of range still updated when reconnected which my other smartwatch failed to do. Can't comment on sleep tracking as turn that off. Lots of other useful functions like tide info, music control, Todoist etc
