Great Product, Exceptional Customer Service
Let me start off by saying that they iems sound great and their lower star rating really doesn't reflect that. Their quality control is where the star rating for the product makes sense. The first patch of this product came out with a number of known that issues that have now been resolved in the production runs sense then. I myself even ran into some of these first patch hiccups with my own personal pair with the left bud having it face place come off and the right earbuds 2 pin port stop retaining it's cable resulting in audio cutouts if moving around too much while in use of the product. Now with these issues in mind I would of probably of given this product a 2 or 3 just because the sound alone for this price was exceptional, but obviously the lack luster durability became an issue too hard to ignore. The reason this review is now a 5 though it thanks to their incredible customer service team. All I had to do was explain to them what was going on and send a couple of pictures as proof. Then after sending the old product in I got a whole new one entirely on them. Keep in mind this is around 6 months after having them with them giving no explicit warranty at least I knew about. This new pair, and I would assume all units made past the first round of production, seem much more securely put together and also come with the wide boar tips that help and enhance the audio experience even further. Regardless to say I obviously highly recommend these and definitely do reach out if you have issues because crinear really does seem to care about their customers experience with their product.

Fantastic IEMs, comfortable and with great sound quality. Hard to beat at the price point, or any other.

En dos meses prácticamente el auricular derecho dejo de funcionar. Mi inversión tirada a la basura. Crinacle debería poner más atención a la calidad de construcción, ya me paso también con los auriculares de timmy, los chopin a los 4 meses el sonido se destrozó, no se que le sucedió
