This will not work in a Flir i7 infrared camera.
As another reviewer noted, though the description states that it will work in a Flir i5 & i7, this battery did not work in my i7. It did not power up or charge. The battery had ample charge as I checked the negative black, and red positive leads. I believe there is a problem with this company's wiring. The original Flir battery has voltage on the black and red wires. I believe the 2 white wires are for charging. The original battery only shows resistance between the 2 white wires and no continuity to either the Red or Black wires. The replacement Cameron Sino battery has voltage on the Red & Black wires but there is a short and voltage between the Red wire and either of the two white wires. That shouldn't be based on readings from the original Flir battery. The Cameron Sino battery is most likely wired incorrectly. I was a bit upset that it may have damaged my very expensive Fir i7. But it seems ok. Obviously the Cameron Sino engineers either wired it incorrectly or designed this battery for use in another unit. Fortunately for Amazon's replacement policy. I'm hesitant to order another battery made by this company as I'm not sure if I have another problem if Amazon would honor a reimbursement again.

Defective
The battery was a dud. I installed it into my FLIR i5 and it refused to start charging. The battery did have enough power from the factory to turn the camera on, but despite reinstalling it several times, and letting it drain until the battery icon turned red, I could not get the camera to start chargeing the battery. I reinstalled the old OEM battery, and the OEM battery started charging instantly. The battery construction looks solid, it was well packaged, and it did mechanically fit into the FLIR i5 without issue. The warranty is questionable. To quote from the packaging "Consumers required presenting [sic] the original invoice within the warranty period to a >>local dealer<< in order to claim a valid replacement or refund. Otherwise, a warranty claim will be rejected". Given this was manufactured by ShenZhen HENZENS Technology Co, I doubt I will ever find a "local dealer" in the USA. Fortunately Amazon accepted it as a product return without issue.

not an acceptable replacement battery
There are two parts to this battery pack. One part obviously is the battery, but the other part is the circuit that interfaces the battery with the FLIR. The circuit does not work. The battery will power the FLIR for a while, but the camera shows a low battery even when the battery voltage is actually 3.6V. As such, the camera shuts off when there is still a lot of capacity left in the battery. In my FLIR i5, this battery pack will NOT accept a charge, and the only way I can charge it is to remove it from the camera and charge it externally. I'm an electrical engineer so I know how to do this, but it's a real nuisance to have to do that. The battery inside the pack seems to be decent, but the electronics interfacing to the battery are unacceptable and therefore this is not a replacement battery pack.
