Good stuff
We are amazed by this coffee machine! We switched from using coffee capsules, and the difference is like night and day. The coffee quality is excellent, and we’ve had no issues so far. The only disappointment was that we expected a descaler to be included in the box, but it wasn’t.
There is no warranty applied
The machine was working for 3 months good, then the milk container sensor is not responding I am contacting the customer service as it is under warranty but they are not replying at all. I will be so carful in future not to buy expensive machine through Amazon
Takes time to understand.
Very pleased with the coffee making level but a bit fiddly to understand and NO proper instruction booklet like always these days. Why can gadget makers not provide operational instructions these days instead of making us comb Youtube to understand how to use the item. No response from the email to register my product for Warranty as their Webste form does not work. That is poor back up.
Broke down after 2 months
Mashine stopped working after 2 months about. No service and warranty does not reply
Ottimo prodotto
Di gran lunga il miglior acquisto dell’anno. Prodotto non economico ma di eccellente qualità uso da un po di tempo e nessun problema. Qualità delle bevande ottima.consigliato.
Weird screen positioning
So far it's great and capable of making coffees that rivals a lot of cafés
Fantastic appliance
Great product for a great price. It’s ongoing to compare to barista-prepared coffee and it seems to be under-extracting the espressos, but it’s a fully automatic machine and there’s nothing worth complaining about~!
WOW machine !
WOW machine !
Easy to use, slimline, one-touch machine that makes truly excellent coffee
Could not be happier with the Delonghi Rivelia over the past month. I did so much research on true Bean to Cup machines, having owned the Sage Barista and then the Sage Bambino with a separate grinder for 5 years and just simply deciding that we love excellent coffee but the espresso process (and the mess) is not for us. Thankfully, this slimline machine doesn't take up any more space than our previous set up. We loved the look of the traditional Italian style set ups like the Sage but I'm so pleased we got over ourselves and went for the one-touch Rivelia. It is truly great value for money especially if you get a return/reconditioned one directly from Delonghi. We use the same beans as always but our coffee is so much better with the Rivelia; much more akin to the taste you would get from a great café. We haven't used the 2nd hopper yet but I can see how it would be a useful feature if you like to mix up your beans. We were worried the integrated milk frother would be a pain to keep clean but the machine rinses it itself and we find it easy enough to switch between oat and cow's milk and then pop the parts in the dishwasher every evening. I've even occasionally branched out from an espresso because the milk drinks are really quite good. I love using it to make "babycinos" for my kids in the morning too. I think the temperature is perfect as it never ever tastes burnt but if you like boiling hot coffee/milk it might not be for you. As many people have noted it does use quite a lot of water heating itself up and rinsing but to be honest it's not that much of an issue for us - we just leave a small jug under the spout and empty that when full. Hands down the best part of this machine is how easy it is to use and the reminders to descale, change water filters, add more water etc which can often go forgotten. Gone too are the days when we felt like we were running a coffee bar as no guest felt like they could make themselves a coffee. Honestly after years of battling wi
