Got a bad unit the first time. Second one is great so far!
UPDATE 1-19-2026: They refunded my first defective unit and decided to give it another chance. The new one I got seems to work great. My only complaint is how long it takes to get Windows properly updated and working. UPDATE: Two days in I realized that my touch screen was messed up and would not respond properly. I tried Factory resetting but the problem remained. What a bummer. I spent many wasted hours setting it all up just to be discouraged. I'm sending it back for a refund. Upon setting it up I did run into some hiccups with Windows but I was patient and got through it. Now that I finally have this BadBoy set up, I am in love with it. The best handheld Gaming system I ever had and I've owned quite a few. This totally trumps my GPD Winmini 2024. I told myself that next time I buy one I'm going all in and getting the maxed out specs. 64gb Ram, 4tb Storage. That is just what I did! This doesn't get as hot as ai thought it would but does get noticeably warm. I haven't used it past 15W so Im sure it can get a tad bit hot. Runs smooth and screen looks very vibrant for an LCD panel. 144hz refresh rate is wonderful. Has a bit of weight to it but that only makes it feel more premium in my opinion. You can easily dedicate more Ram towards the Vram through the integrated Onexplayer Software. Some of the best software I've used. Easy to make adjustments on the fly. Yes it costs an arm and a leg but I plan on having this for many years and see no need to keep upgrading. They will always make a new one with better specs. You can never have the latest and greatest for long. I'm very happy with my purchase and if this is really in your price range, I'd say go for it! "That'll do pig, that'll do..."
