Zero complaints so far 🫶🏾
Top-tier card in my opinion. Upgraded from a RTX 4060 a few weeks ago and have zero regrets. Most importantly with cards like this, especially given the power draw, good airflow is essential — and in my case that’s been perfect. Under gaming loads I sit around 70–71°C, which is very reasonable. The highest I’ve recorded is 72°C. Also worth mentioning is the size. It’s surprisingly compact — even smaller than my previous card — which I really appreciate as I’m running a Micro-ATX build. Installation and setup were very straightforward. Performance-wise, it handles every game I’ve tried at 4K very well, though I wouldn’t say every future title will consistently hold 4K depending on how demanding it is. Still, for the games I personally play, it’s been excellent. The 20GB of VRAM also gives plenty of headroom for future titles and heavier workloads. It’s not really a ray tracing powerhouse compared to Nvidia equivalents, but that’s not a major priority for me anyway — I care more about strong native performance and longevity, which this card delivers easily. I also happened to pick it up weeks before the recent FSR 4.1 support news for RDNA 3 cards, which is an unexpected nice bonus. But even without that, it’s already a very capable card that comfortably runs modern games without issues. Overall: excellent performance, excellent thermals, and great value for what I needed.
Excellent prise en charge

Now a reasonable price
This trades blow with the 4070ti.on a lot of titles. I chose this card form the 20Gb VRAM offered and I'm not disappointed. Going from a gtx 1660, I can crank everything up to max even at 4kn60Hz as that is my freelance monitor limit but everything looks lush. The software suite is massive and to get the best power efficiency you really need to be tweaking things, for example think about using chill for older less demanding titles and you get the idea. Overall, I paid including delivery of £766 but I've seen it less but the other cards want more but the made by and is fine and even clocks higher by default than stated. Overall, if you were like me and took a while to decide, just go for it. The extra VRAM and performance over the 7800xt should age better. Much to love.
