Awesome Little Fan Chain, Despite Some Budget Performance
If you’re looking to upgrade your PC’s aesthetics without spending a fortune, the upHere UA02 120mm ARGB fan 3-pack is a surprisingly solid option. It delivers eye-catching visuals and decent performance, especially for budget builds. These fans strike a great balance between visual appeal, affordability, and ease of installation. They’re not premium-tier performance fans, but they absolutely get the job done for most gaming or casual PC setups. The standout feature is definitely the infinity mirror lighting effect. It gives your build a high-end, futuristic look that rivals more expensive brands. The ARGB lighting is vibrant and customizable, making your case look much more premium. The daisy-chain ARGB design makes cable management much easier. You can connect multiple fans together without a mess of wires, which is a huge plus for cleaner builds. They are quiet! Thanks to the included anti-vibration pads, these fans run fairly quietly under normal loads. They’re not completely silent at max speed, but for everyday use, the noise levels are very reasonable. It's definitely a good value for the price compared to premium brands, this 3-pack is very affordable. Good PWM fans at a reasonable price.
These arrived in a nice descriptive box with the fan specs printed on the outside. All three fans and their connectors were in perfect shape. This is a nice set or RGB PWM case fans. These connect to your motherboard and the speed that the fans spin at is determined by temperature sensors. If your case is hotter the fans spin faster, and will be a bit louder, and if your case is cool they will spin slower and be quieter. That is what PWN fans do (Pulse Width Modulation). These use hydraulic bearings which tend to be quieter and fairly reliable over the long term. The fans also have a modular design which allows for less wires and an easier and neater time with cable management. In the case of this fan set, you can use them in a one, two, or three fan configuration. Because of the way they connect you cannot use one fan at one location and two fans at another. There simply is not the wiring to allow that. I would imagine most people would use these in a two or three configuration, which is what I plan to do. The fans and electrical wires connected easily and firmly. I had no issues with that and please see my pictures as to what all the connectors actually look like. These fans try to be as neat as possible so they have hidden screw mounting holes, and you have to move a small triangular rubber cover to access them. To me this is unnecessary and can make things more difficult. I would have preferred longer screws and just to have the screw heads visible, which looks just fine to me. One can always just get longer screws and leave the rubber covers off, which is what I will probably do. The fans themselves do not light up, but the small clear areas on the top and the infinity mirrors on the sides do. I really enjoy the infinity mirrors. I think they look sharp when used in this manner. The RGB lighting would work with your motherboard lighting software, and can be set to whatever colors or effects you wish. They push air. I doubt they'll last too long but we'll see.
These fans push air. That's what you can get anywhere though. The RGB colors aren't very bright. The pins connecting the fans together seem very flimsy. I'm worried they'll bend out if moved too many times. Granted - once you mount a fan it usually doesn't move but they just don't seem to be quality at all. The plastic housing is thin. This just doesn't have the look or feel of a quality product. If you can get them on sale it may be worth it to pick them up cheap. I'm not expecting much. Sorry.

Fun Upgrade
For the price, this is really good. First off the actual function of the fans work really well and fit perfectly in a 360x120mm slot on your PC. They do blow decently, but I dont think I would use them on a radiator. I just dont think they have enough *push* for that. For just a filter or open area they work quite well. My case had a spot for 2x 360 radiators and I only used one, so this fit perfectly in the 2nd slot and the leds gave it a bit of a fun look to *gamer* it up a bit lol Noise wise, they do get a little loud with air noise, but there's no vibration or rattling noise. Them being all in one thing also made them a lot easier to install than having to do each fan individually. The not so good is really just the LED's and connectors. Like most upHere products they work and function just fine, but they are at the lower middle of the quality. Its not that there's anything wrong with them, but other brands have much thicker and nicer cables with brighter and more vibrant colored LEDs. To be clear, these do work, but the quality could be better. For the price, its very good and I'm happy with it, buuuutttttt, if you want the best or a premium feel, you may need to spend a little more. That being said, I'm really happy with the look and I think these will last a good while. I already have a obnoxious RGB build and I just wanted this, and a few other uphere products, for my retro gaming pc / media center. Since that once will be in the living room, I didn't want it to be quite as bright and obnoxious so the look of these was perfect. Its suttle, built in, clean, and on a budget. Just what I needed. 5/5 stars, Its exactly as described and fairly priced. I've been quite happy with upHere products in the past and I'm sure I'll buy more in the future.
