The best product
Honestly I am amazed, the quality is very good, and I am writing this review after almost 6 month of my purchase to make sure it is good, after 6 I didn't not found any issue so far.
Worst return experience ever
Very disappointed with this purchase. I received a defective product, and the return process has been extremely frustrating. Four pickup attempts failed because the pickup code didn't match with the rider's code. Despite multiple calls and emails to customer service, the issue is still unresolved. I cannot recommend this seller due to the poor product quality and lack of proper after-sales support.

Hey guys if you’re like me buying this laptop for gaming keep in mind that its duel channel 2x8gb ddr4 ram 2133MT/s other than that this is an absolute beast and yeah its basically brand new

Nice product as it looks neat and clean. working well. Compatible HP charger is working fine and relatively fast as compair to local ones. 4 star rating is due to non functional c-type charging ports.

Poor laptop screen, I can't even use it for once
The screen of the laptop os not good. Very poor and above all, the screen has been blurr from the day I started using this laptop and I'm very disappointed. If there is such issue, Amazon is a large and well respected company , why sell such laptop to me
Charging system not working .. I took it to repair but they couldn’t fix it
My machine charging system is not working .. when I put the charger inside the board is working but the charging system is not working.
