WHAT TO KNOW IF USB-C CONNECTION NEEDS TO BE LONGER
I had a little trouble connecting the tablet to my PC using the 1 meter USB-C cable, it was too short. I tried to buy a 2 meter USB-C cord and tried five cords and was unable to find one that would plug into the tablet, it has a very specific size USB opening. I found a solution, I bought an 1 meter extender so I could use the XP Pen cable, as it plugged into tablet properly and the extra length allowed me to route the cable to my PC below. My PC has USB-C 3.2 Gen2 ports (data and power). The 1m extender cable was also USB-C 10Gbps 3.2 Gen2. Everything worked fine after that.
