Great motherboard with good price. value king
Good
Very good motherboard the bios flash back feature saved me from bricking it. But the rgb headers aren’t that much so if you want to use rgb use splitters
Works but has issues
After doing some research after getting this board It became clear that due to some cost cutting in the manufacturing process I was not going to have a great time with the board. I have a plethora of external drives and peripherals connected to the board and for some reason do to the number of PCB layers that causes power related issues to various PCI-E lanes. I will have hard drives eject and reconnect when they are in >60% usage which is like nothing at all. The worst offender is the Type-C port in the back. I have a ssd attached to it for video editing and I have to orient the cable in a specific way to avoid it disconnecting in the middle of an edit. This phenomenon happens to all the USB ports depending on how many are populated. the more devices i have attached, the more likely they are to randomly disconnect. Additional Con: whoever at MSI thought its a good idea to put the front panel USB 3.0 connector at the bottom of the board instead of the right side like it always is has never built a PC. I had to buy a bandage after getting it connected. The connector is way bigger than all the other connectors that fit at the bottom so of course it would struggle to slot in. To conclude, I do not have much faith in the longevity of this board but for now it works as best as it can
Most impressive motherboard!!
It is the most perfect motherboard for my setup so it's totally great the only 2 down sides is that 1- you added an extra mouse and keyboard old style plug in which actually no one uses it at this generation and it can be replaced with an extra USB Port or any other port that will be usable and 2- is that you added a Flash Bios USB Port which is OK for me but for other users they may need an extra USB Port for a mouse or a keyboard...
Very wellbuilt motherboard
Msi has built this motherboard very well, their overclocking system is very well put together and their MSI dragon center is also a very good application that is easy to navigate. The only thing I dislike about this product is that it has 2 5v argb connectors.

Ótima placa, já tenho ela a uns 3 anos , chegou em perfeito estado, rápida entrega e ta perfeita até hoje. Quem for comprar lembre-se, esse modelo não possui Wi-Fi e nem Bluetooth.

ne super carte mère ATX pour Ryzen avec tout ce qu’il faut pour une config performante !
J’ai acheté la MSI MPG B550 Gaming Plus pour accompagner mon Ryzen, et je suis vraiment satisfait de mon choix. Voici mon retour après plusieurs semaines d’utilisation : ✅ Bonne compatibilité : Prend en charge les processeurs Ryzen 3000, 4000 et 5000 sans souci. J’ai installé un Ryzen 5 5600X, et tout a fonctionné parfaitement dès le premier démarrage. ✅ Qualité de fabrication : Très bonne finition, radiateurs VRM efficaces et un PCB renforcé qui inspire confiance pour une longue durée de vie. ✅ Connectivité au top : 4 slots RAM jusqu’à 128 Go en 4400 MHz (OC) 2 slots M.2 (dont 1 en PCIe 4.0 pour les SSD ultra-rapides) 6 ports SATA, plusieurs USB 3.2 et un port Ethernet 2.5GbE Sortie audio et connecteurs bien placés pour un bon cable management ✅ Performances solides : La gestion de l’alimentation (VRM 10+2) est stable, même en overclocking modéré. La carte reste fraîche grâce aux dissipateurs thermiques bien placés. ❌ Pas de Wi-Fi intégré : Ce n’est pas un problème si tu es en Ethernet, mais si tu veux du Wi-Fi, il faudra acheter un adaptateur ou passer sur la MSI MPG B550 Gaming Edge Wi-Fi. ❌ Pas de debug LED : Un petit détail, mais ça aurait été pratique pour diagnostiquer facilement les erreurs au démarrage. 🔎 Conclusion : Pour un setup gaming ou bureautique avancé, cette MSI MPG B550 Gaming Plus est une valeur sûre. Elle offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix avec une compatibilité Ryzen parfaite, des VRM solides et du PCIe 4.0 pour les SSD rapides.

MSI is the NASCAR of PC Brands.
My old NZXT board randomly shorted on me due to a fan header solder on the back of the PCB. Completely fried the board telling me it was the CPU. I panicked and ordered a new CPU. After several bench tests i couldn't get the old board to post. So, I moped my way to amazon to view the $300+ NZXT boards when this beauty came to my rescue with the same hardware support at a way lower price. I ordered it. It showed up next day. I threw all of hardware from the other board onto this one, plugged it in, hit the button, and.. BOOOM! This board fired up on the original boot drive and automatically transferred hardware ID's.... I'm super impressed and it was worth every cent! Thanks MSI for saving my butt!
