V2 was better IMO
Bought alot of these in the past. Mainly the v2 for PCIe 5.0 for different cases/different lengths. Now I see they have these v4s. first one came bashed in. Cable itself looked like but had a siginificant stutter every 10-20 secs. Didn't matter watching videos or playing games. Sound would cut too like a freeze. Plugged in my v2, worked fine. Assumed it was damaged as someone decided it was good to package it with a electronic doorlock. Replacement worked better but still noticiable microstutters vs the v2 or without the riser cable. Maybe it was a bad batch. I dont know. But i'm waiting for the next PC case.
