Not stable behind walls
Range is good but some times you lose the net if you are behind a wall I mean there is a signal but the data stops transferring so you have to try to connect to it again to get the net again
Frustrating
Looses connection all the time. Forgot password after firmware update. I had to reset and set up everything from the beginning. Very frustrating. Went to the Starlink mesh. That works perfectly with plug & play without anything to set up. Very disappointing as I was a big fan of TP link years ago.
Great wifi extender, and very good range.
Good extender, I got this to replace an older TP Link extender which didnt work as fast as i would like, This did the trick, I can now get a reliable 500-600mbps with low ping upstairs, It also has an ethernet port so can have something hard wired for better speeds, You can also run a hard wire to it and extend it that way too as a dedicated router. My outdoor ring cameras also connect flawlessly to the extender with good signal which is one of the reasons i needed a solution as my old extender caused frequent alerts for poor wifi on the ring system and because its using the Mesh network i didnt have to have 2 seperate wifi names, devices just connect to it automatically when upstairs. So solved my deadspots and device connectivity issues. Setup is reletavely straight forward, You can either use WPS Or with the tether app, Just plug it in and conenct to the open default wifi conenction, Run the setup via the Tether App.
ممتاز ✌️😁✌️

Plug Pin Configuration
Always double check the configuration plug pin type before Checking Out - this unit was configured for the UK type plug socket :-( and therefore I am yet to put it into use as yet, otherwise I am hoping that the product performs as advertised
