Excellent WiFi ... Terrible Bluetooth
I installed into a bend new DELL Desktop. the Internet connection is Excellent pair with my router (both Wifi 6E) reaching speeds of 2.4GB (8 STARS here!) BUT when I connect Bluetooth, the machine goes crazy (-5 Stars) ... fail to boot ... windows 11 Freezes and weirdly enough, a new challenge everyday ... so I unplugged the BT power cable.
Not compatible
This wifi set is not compatible for all the CPU’s. Please indicate the compatible model number; it’s easy to understand for us.
Performance
All well except couldnt find the bluetooth slot in the mother board for the cable with the device.
Must Have For a Computer without Wi-Fi Built In
I picked up the TP-Link Archer TXE72E (AX210 WiFi 6E PCIe card) for a desktop PC that didn’t have built-in wireless. Installation was dead simple — just popped it into a PCIe x1 slot, installed the drivers from TP-Link’s site (or let Windows handle it), and it was up and running in minutes. Performance: Blazing fast speeds on my WiFi 6E network. I’m consistently pulling 800–1600+ Mbps down depending on the time of day and distance from the router. Very stable connection with low latency — perfect for gaming, large file transfers, and general use. Bluetooth works great too for connecting controllers, headphones, etc. The card runs cool and has been rock-solid since install. No drops, no driver issues. If your desktop is wired-only and you want modern WiFi 6E performance without messing around with USB adapters, this is the way to go. Excellent value and easy upgrade. Highly recommended.
Nice Wi-Fi and Bluetooth card combo for the price.
I built a desktop computer and thought I could get away with USB Wi-Fi dongles/adapters, I tried several of them and kept getting random disconnects during gaming sessions and even with regular web browsing. Ever since I installed this wireless card I have not had an issue with random disconnects and adding Bluetooth to my desktop was a nice addition. I have been getting phenomenal speeds since I upgraded to this card and would recommend it if you bought a motherboard without Wi-Fi built in.
Great little wifi upgrade - DOWNLOAD DRIVERS FIRST!
Got this unit because my wifi speeds were pretty terrible and my card only supported 2.4 ghz. This was a quick install. Because it has bluetooth it does require an (included) cable which you need to plug into your motherboard to support its power needs. I'm very happy with the range and performance and increased 5 ghz speeds. One thing I would note: This card isn't exactly plug and play. I installed it and it didn't recognize it because it needed drivers. There is an included mini CD but my PC doesn't have a disk drive. I downloaded the drivers (I had to reinstall my old wifi card to download them) and after install it worked flawlessly.
