Defective Laptop Received – Poor Quality Checks
Received a non-functional laptop. This clearly indicates that Amazon Renewed did not conduct proper quality checks before shipping the product. The laptop failed to power on even after charging for 2–3 hours. The return and refund process is an unnecessary waste of time.
CPU DISCREPANCY- Has an i5-10210U instead of the listed i5-10310U
The processor in my unit is an i5-10210U, which contradicts the i5-10310U advertised in the listing. While the difference in performance is negligible for most tasks, it is a technical inaccuracy. The chassis and peripherals are decent—the backlit US-English keyboard and capacitive touch display are highlights. However, the user experience is let down by a subpar trackpad and a very low-tier SSD that entirely lacks the performance expected of an NVMe drive. This machine is an excellent candidate for a Linux OS. Windows users should be aware that the CPU may become a bottleneck here. Also, be prepared to invest in a good NVMe SSD alongside this, or you WILL randomly experience lag & jitters.
Better than expected
The packaging was excellent and the laptop is in great condition, everything is functioning properly, there is a micro scratch on the back of the led but It's okay for me since it's already used. I will definitely recommend it to other customers.
Windows down with 2 days always
I was busy when I bought it then I use it after maybe 15 days then every 2 days windows down
Laptop review
I like the product and working fine for now even though I just used for a couple of weeks. It get stuck sometimes and the button is totally misplaced. In this money not a bad option for a normal use.

Increíble oportunidad
Muy buen producto y el precio genial. Supera mis espectativas
No tiene disco duro.
La laptop no va a funcionar porque falta el disco duro. Eviten comprarlo.
Not the same laptop as the other five I've ordered.
Same exact item number and order number. Shows as a slightly different laptop. Not sure what's going on. Very weird. Still a good laptop.
Equipo muy bueno para trabajo de oficina o tareas
Le doy 4 estrellas a la compra, ya que el equipo me salió dañado, y decía que estaba usado como nuevo.
