Great performance and doesn't dry out quickly
Works great, this paste is up there with Kyronaut but seems to avoid drying out. Had a system with KPx come in for repair that had almost 3yo KPx installed that I built, was happy to see it was not dried out so I decided to order more. I also like NT-H2 but I always wondered how long KPx was lasting, was nice to see it hold up.
Easy to apply
Easy to apply. A bit juicier than I'm used to but giving great numbers. Reviews claim it has great longevity. Given the liquidity, I imagine it will not dry out over time much. Time will tell if it suffers pump out.
Recommended by many experts
This was recommended by a couple videos on YouTube. I bought it. It went on very easily. Time will tell because of how good it is. So far a five star.
Great temperature
The best one...
Great Quality Thermal Paste
I ordered this Kingpin Cooling KPx Ultimate Performance Thermal Paste when I stumbled upon it while browsing on Amazon not too long ago. I've been using a very small tube of thermal paste for my electronics hobby for years (I don't typically use a whole lot of it), but I came to the point where I was finally almost out of it. Since I had a couple of projects planned that required thermal paste for heat-sinking some sensitive components I thought I should order this product before I ran out of the stuff completely. The product comes in a nice plastic syringe for efficient dispensing, which is a big upgrade from my prior brand which was packed in a tiny metal squeeze tube (like a micro-tube of toothpaste). Also included in the package was a nice small spatula to aid in evenly spreading the compound and to help force out air bubbles etc. that can reduce thermal transfer effectiveness. I looked up the product on-line, and found that Kingpin is a "respected choice" for high-end cooling, especially for more demanding cooling needs like extreme overclocking. It compares favorably to a certain top brand which I won't name here, but was noted as being even easier to apply while showing greater stability over time than that other brand. I plan on using the Kingpin paste between the SSD in my main PC and a heat sink, as I noticed that it runs quite hot. Anything I can do to extend its life and help prevent data loss is a great investment in my opinion! I also want to use it for heat transfer between high power LED devices and heat sinks.
