The UI for the app is horrible ://
There is no customer support, and there are issues with the UI refusing to allow you to update the Headset's firmware. Ever since the new updates came out, the headset has just been horrible and constantly changes to random input/output. I wouldnt recommend tbh, this headset is too expensive to have this many issues.

The best !!!
Very good quality , the sound is amazing and the feeling is even better . But it’s a bit expensive, I recommend for people who don’t have a budget .
Amazing headset!
The mic isn’t the best but usable besides that everything else is amazing the sound is great and the battery life is VERY good and the headset feels nice, the quality is very premium! I recommend it to people who use a separate mic or people who don’t mind the mic being perfect.

Great Sound, Battery Life, and Bluetooth Connectivity
I’m really happy with this headset. I mainly bought it to use with my Amazon Fire TV Cube, tablet, and phone, and the Bluetooth connection works very well across my devices. The sound quality is great, the battery life is excellent, and the wireless connection has been reliable. It’s convenient to be able to use the same headset with different devices without any hassle. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase. It does exactly what I wanted it to do, and I would definitely recommend it.

配達も早くて、使いやすいです。重さは気にならず、音質もとてもいいです。純白のカラーがきれいで、耳に当たる部分もしっかり覆われるのでフィット感が良いです。ノイズキャンセリングもしっかり効いていて、満足しています。
Value for dollar
Incredible wireless headset. I'll be honest I was a little skeptical on the audio/mic quality for traditional 'gaming' branded headsets. However, I was very wrong about this wireless one by HyperX. Both audio and mic is quality, weight of the headset is light and design is aesthetic. Price was why I picked up this headset, very value for money
SOO CRISP
WHOA. When I say whoa. I mean it. I had headphones that I got off of amazon for $40 and I thought it was good enough untill I was playing valorant with my friends and they asked if I had my headphones backwards (LOL) and I realized my headphones weren’t that good in quality. So I decided to try these out. THE HEADPHONE IS SOOOO SOFT. The ear part is like a marshmellow and the NOISE CANCELLATION?? HELLO? So amazing. I can hear everything crisp and clear and would buy these again if I needed to. The battery life is amazing, and the fact that you’re able to know the battery life by a push of a button IS SO COOL. Anyways to a all the gamers, get this.
