Great looking GPU power cable
The right angled connector is quite nice. Make sure you get the variant with the cables going away from the GPU towards the motherboard for vertically mounted GPUs to hide the cables. Get the variant with the connector facing the floor for regular GPU mounts so you can easily tuck the cables in without them in being in the way. Would be nice to have an option that has the connector facing towards the rear of the card (front of the case) This is a good product and you feel the quality of the cable sleeves. The cable bends fairly easily, but nothing out of the ordinary. Having a 90 degree connector is very nice for a clean look. The cables come with several combs on the GPU side which is excellent and I have no need for more. I wish I could buy more of the same for the rest of my power cables so they match.

Solid, SOLID, replacement cables. These should almost be OEM cables.
This CableMod 90° 12VHPWR cable is exactly what you want for modern high-power GPUs. The ModMesh sleeving looks excellent, feels premium, and holds its shape without fighting you during routing. The StealthSense design inspires confidence with a snug, secure fit that doesn’t feel loose or sketchy, and the direct PCIe connection eliminates unnecessary adapters. It powers high-end cards reliably, looks great doing it, and removes a lot of the anxiety around sharp bends and connector stress. If you’re running a 40-series or 50-series card and care about both safety and aesthetics, this cable is a no-brainer upgrade. Also a BIGGIE for me. I have an ASUS SFX 1200Watt PSU. No slouch of a power supply and the factory cables look great. I also have a ThermalGrizzly WireView Pro, so this monitors the wattage going in to the GPU but also monitors the temperature of the cables themselves, and while gaming the factory asus cables would overheat continuously. Luckily I had the WireView in between the GPU and the Cables or else the cable would have continued getting hotter until it melted. So many videos online with melted 40 and 50 series connectors. So I switched to just this CableMod cable. Still have the WireView Pro, and it has yet to warn me that the cables are overheating. So these thicker CableMod cables are definitely handling the power draw much better than the stock cables. And they look great as well. Win, Win.

Good solution
If you have a big GPU with compact design case (especially short distance from 12v hpwr connector to your side panel), just buy it. Both elegant and robust. Works perfect with mine astral 5090 and o11 xl case.

Great cable
I bought this 90° CableMod cable for my ASUS Astral RTX 5080 because the stock cable was getting pressed hard by the side panel. This cable completely fixed the clearance issue — the connector sits flush, the cable routes naturally, and the glass panel closes without stressing the plug. Build quality feels excellent. The sleeving is firm, the connector clicks in securely, and the overall fit is solid. While running GPU stress tests and gaming on my Astral 5080, I monitored power pin behavior and temps. Everything stayed stable, and the load distribution across the connector was very even. No spikes, no weird behavior, and temps plateaued where you’d expect under sustained load. The biggest win is eliminating strain on a high-power connector while keeping everything electrically stable. If you’re running a large GPU in a tighter case, this is a great upgrade over the stock straight cable. Very happy with it.
