Waste of time - single cable solution doesn’t work.
The monitor doesn’t work on usbc cable alone. I tried it on MacBook Pro m3 max and ms studio laptop. The only way I got it work was to have power on usb and video on mini hdmi.

Superb Portable Monitor
The ARZOPA Z3FC portable monitor is an outstanding all-round device worth every penny. This 16.1-inch screen boasts 2.5K QHD resolution, 180Hz high refresh rate and wide 107% sRGB gamut, delivering vivid colours and ultra-smooth visuals. Weighing only 780g with a built-in kickstand, it is ultra-portable and supports plug-and-play USB-C connection. I mainly pair it with my Nintendo Switch, and the gaming experience is fantastic with low lag and crisp pictures. It works perfectly as a secondary office screen too, definitely one of the best portable monitors I have ever used.

I like that it has both independent power supply cable and c to c type cable connector where both power and video is connected. I don't use independent power cable connector as the monitor feel hot at the connection pt. It's light and I like the screen colour quality as well , can adjust brightness very well...
Quality 2K portable monitor for the price. Play my Xbox and use as 2nd display for laptop.
Got it as a second monitor for my MacBook air and I also use it with my SBC because its so portable and easy to swap. Pretty easy to connect to different devices too it's basically ready straight out of the box with the mini hdmi to hdmi cable that it comes with as well as two usb c cables and a usb a adapter in case you don't have a usb c port. 2nd reason is because I can play my xbox one on it via hdmi and looks and plays amazing and when i finally decide to upgrade the xbox to the S or the X it will connect to those as well. I do wish it had an audio out to plug in speakers or headphones. It does come with speakers built in. You can purchase a bluetooth adapter so that it hooks up to bluetooth speakers if the built in ones are not loud enough.As far as the display itself. I think it looks amazing and the interface is pretty easy to navigate through to see what presets you like as well as turning on the HDR mode on or the Freesync feature. Love that you can rotate the monitor which is especially great when reading documents. I do wish you could rotate the monitor through the monitors interface but you have to do it through your computer just change the rotation in settings to 90 degrees if using a mac. The kickstand that it comes with is conveniently tucked away behind the monitor you don't even know that its there and is pretty sturdy and will stand the monitor up vertically and horizontal. I would recommend the monitor especially for the price its a pretty sweet deal. I have used it every day now for over a month with no issues and Arzopa has a good warranty and policy. Oh it also comes with a nice sleeve that has pockets for the cables and protects the screen from getting scratched if you're taking it on the go. One thing I would recommend buying for the monitor is a usb c charger block if you don't already have one there under $10. I got the 20w block 2 pack with dual usb a and usb c ports for like $6 on amazon. This is if you plan on connecting it via hdmi. j

Excellent portable gaming monitor.
I like this monitor. I got it to use as a portable up-scaled monitor for my portable barebones gaming PC setup (or, the world's most clunky laptop lol). It's cool because you can drive it entirely (video and power) from USB-C, but it comes with cables to plug in via HDMI with no issues (also requires power in this case). Bonus points to the included angled USB-C cable, which dovetails nicely with the side-mounted ports. Lightweight, bright, good response, this was a good purchase. Still looks great after 6 months.
