⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ PC Case Tornado Simulator!
The ARCTIC P14 Pro PST fans are absolutely fantastic. I replaced my previous 140 mm case fans with these, and the difference was immediately noticeable. For context, I'm running a be quiet! Shadow Base 800 DX Black with a Ryzen 9 7950X3D, RTX 4090, and an ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III 420 mm AIO, so there's some serious hardware inside the case and I wanted fans capable of moving serious amounts of air when needed. I was genuinely shocked when I saw the price for a 5-pack. You can easily pay that kind of money for ONE fan from another well-known brand — I'm not going to mention which one. 😄 For the performance you're getting here, the value is honestly ridiculous. No RGB? No problem. I like a Christmas tree at Christmas — I don't need my PC case looking like one every day. 😄 Give me great cooling performance, clean black fans, and fewer unnecessary cables any day. At normal speeds they are impressively quiet while still moving a serious amount of air. With a good fan curve, you can have a pleasantly quiet PC during normal use and enormous cooling capacity available whenever temperatures start climbing. For fan control, I'm using Fan Control by Rem0o from GitHub. If you're serious about controlling your PC cooling, I honestly don't think there's anything better. It gives you fantastic control over your fan curves, so these P14 Pro PSTs can stay quiet when the system is cool and automatically unleash their full potential when the hardware starts getting hot. But let's be clear: at 2500 RPM (maximum speed), they are everything but quiet. 😂 At full power they produce what I can only describe as a lovely industrial techno bees sound while turning your PC case into a small tornado simulator. And honestly, I love it. You don't buy fans like these to run them at maximum speed and expect silence — you buy them because when you need airflow, they DELIVER. And for those complaining about the sound level at full speed: you don't buy a 1,500 HP car for fuel economy, right? Same p

Really good solid fan moves a lot of air
So I've been building computers for probably about 30 years and first, whatever reason I've never replaced as many fans as I have in the last couple of years. For some reason I always just bought the cheap fans and thought they were all the same. However, I paid a little more for these and they were well worth it. They do move a lot of air and they do seem to work well. This is the brand that I'm going to go after now. I think in the future for any replacement fans I'd highly recommend them. They are more expensive than other brands, but as they say usually get what you pay for. I guess I'm supposed to talk about compatibility. Yep, they are compatible with a lot of computers. They do make more noise than other fans, but they're also moving a lot faster in moving more air and that's why you buy them. Installation was easy. They're blacking color so there's not a whole lot to talk about there.
