waste of money
waste of money , it's working perfectly but you need to understand that's it's impossible thing to do with this small machine by yourself .. it will take you forever to finish a few hair.
Don't trust this seller. They send damaged piece and it's a non returnable item
I bought this product after watching a youtube video and this reached late . Whilst I was busy I finally tried it but unfortunately my return window was closed by then. It doesn't work. As per instructions you have to soak fingers in salt water and then carefully insert the tip of the pen which has needle targetting the hair follicles. And the current passes damaging the hair. But trust me this device is inoperative from first use. I guess the seller has cheated me by giving a damage piece
Difficile à utiliser et fragile
Le produit demande une précision robotique. Le taux de réussite pour atteindre la racine du poil est très faible, il faudra donc de nombreuses séances avant de se débarrasser d'une dizaine de poils. Mais le pire est que vous finirez immanquablement par casser les 2 aiguilles fournies. Comme cet appareil est assez exotique, vous vous tournerez certainement vers le vendeur (Beauté Offre des USA) pour savoir où obtenir de nouvelles aiguilles mais ce dernier ne prendra même pas la peine de vous répondre. En conclusion, l'appareil fonctionne si on est précis et acharné mais il faut fuir le vendeur "Beauté Offre des USA" qui vous laissera tomber quand vous casserez les aiguilles, ce qui rendra l'appareil totalement inutile.

Broke within 2 weeks
I really liked this, I thought it was easy to use and seemed to be working. One day about two weeks into owning it just stopped working. I bought extra tips for it and now they are useless. Whats worse is I could not find anywhere to contact the company to have it replaced. Would NOT recommend based on this.

新品を装った中古で、大変悪質です。 私はこの商品を2度購入しました。 1度目は電気がつかないのか、全く音が聞こえなかった為、故障品かと思い返品しました。 2度目は、1度目と同じようにきちんとプラスチックの袋に封がされていて、新品のシールも貼ってありましたが、 なんと、針を持つところに指紋がベッタリとついていました。一度も触っていないのにです。 また、電池を入れるところに、コインで開ける際につく傷がついていました。 病気が移る可能性があり、恐ろしくてこんな商品使えません。 返品しますが、危険な商品なのでアマゾン本部に問い合わせます。
