Very big.
It's ok, seems well made but it's very big and I ordered "white" like they advertise but received a greyish beigeish kind of darkish color? Not easy to use or maintain, returned it. Deanna
Air quality and exceptional design
I am extremely satisfied with this purchase! Since installing it, the air quality in my home has improved noticeably; it feels much fresher and lighter. What surprised me most is its silent operation—it is ideal for leaving on overnight without disturbing my sleep. My highlight Elegant Design Its white finish and cylindrical shape are modern and minimalist, making it a perfect fit for any room. Efficiency The filtration system is very powerful; you can quickly notice how it eliminates odors and airborne particles. Intuitive The top touch panel is very easy to use and responds beautifully. It is a robust, stylish, and—above all—functional device. If you are looking for an air purifier that combines style with performance, this is definitely the one. Highly recommended
Customer Service is Incredible
Note, this review is pending how the replacement works. The initial unit quit tracking air quality after 3 weeks. It still worked, but without the readout on my phone, I wasn’t sure how well. This is why I am giving it 5 stars. I reached out to customer service and they couldn’t have been any better. We tried 3 simple solutions to get it back to tracking the quality. Nothing worked. Customer service had me respond to an email with a screen grab of the app showing it wasn’t reading, a screen grab of my Amazon order and the serial number. There was a no charge order for replacement replaced in less than 20 minutes, no questions asked.
I like it but it's not super clear how to use it
So far so good. It could be a little more clear in the instructions. I put it on skin thinking it would control both the purifier and the humidifier, but I'm not sure if it does. Auto seems to control the purifier and skin seems to control the humidity? I thought you could do both but I'm unsure...
Excellent product to keep your home with more natural air
This product has helped me improve and keep the room with a fresh and natural smell. I like the combination of humidifier and air. It doesn’t make noise so it’s not a problem to be able to sleep since it’s very quiet and it’s easy to configure and use. You can move it anywhere. It’s big but very light
