Absolutely Outstanding Monitor for the Price — BenQ Delivers Again!

I run two separate three-monitor setups for business, writing, and video production, so I’m very particular about display quality, color consistency, and eye fatigue over long sessions. After dealing with mixed monitors that never quite matched — different color hues, limited adjustment controls, and constant tweaking — I made the decision to standardize everything to BenQ. That turned out to be the right move. This 24” BenQ GW2490T is now my center monitor on my primary workstation, flanked by two 27” BenQ displays on either side. The consistency across all three is exactly what I was looking for. The screen on this unit is excellent — sharp text, vibrant and accurate color, and plenty of adjustment options to dial things in exactly how you want them. Brightness is more than sufficient, and BenQ’s Eye Care features make a noticeable difference during long work sessions. PROS: * Excellent color consistency (especially when paired with other BenQ monitors) * Sharp, clean text — ideal for writing and business use * Wide range of display adjustments (far beyond typical budget monitors) * Outstanding brightness and eye fatigue reduction features * Flexible mounting options (stand works well, VESA compatible) * Strong connectivity — HDMI, DisplayPort, USB-A, USB-C, and audio jack * Extremely competitive price point for this level of quality CONS: Not a single one... not ONE! REAL-WORLD USE: In daily use, this monitor performs flawlessly. Whether I’m writing, managing business operations, or working in video environments, it holds its own alongside larger and more expensive displays without feeling like a “budget” compromise. Having a matched BenQ set across multiple screen sizes has made a huge difference in workflow and visual consistency. BOTTOM LINE: In my experience — especially working within Apple-based systems and testing a wide range of monitors over the years — you simply won’t find a better monitor in this size and price range that delivers this level of clarit

Sturdy, good colours, 100hz worth it. Good value

Excellent monitor. The 100 Hz refresh rate is really smooth and noticable. The colours are quite good. Very sturdy stand with wide range of adjustments: tilt, swivel, height. The physical buttons are easy to use. Speakers are not bad in a pinch. I really like that the power cord has no power brick. so I guess the AC/DC converter is inside the screen. Makes desktop and cable management easier. Highly recommend. Haven't been disappointed by BENQ.

Lo recomiendo.

Salió bien. Lo compré con bocinas integradas, pero el volumen es muy bajo. La ocupo para el trabajo en casa. Me sirve bien.

Good purchase

Good product! Easy on my eyes (I use it almost daily for work), good resolution! I haven't tried it for gaming though.

The factory-calibrated color accuracy in some models ensures that professionals working with photo and video editing get precise color representation. Brightness & Eye Comfort The brightness levels are well optimized, with high nit values that enhance visibility in different lighting conditions. More importantly, BenQ integrates eye-care technologies such as flicker-free panels and low blue light modes, reducing eye strain during extended use—an essential feature for those working long hours.
