Wifi connection deal-breaker and cannot share device with partner
There is no point in having a WiFi baby monitor when it connecting it to the WiFi is an ordeal. Returning this and warning all other parents who want to access this camera from outside the house with their phone app to avoid buying this. Also there is no way to share this with your partner! The share device feature in the app does not work, so basically it’s either you or your partner who can see the video feed on the phone. It doesn’t matter if you have a 4K feed, or all those other features when the most basic and important functions of a baby monitor fail. What a waste of time…

Not worth it
It keeps on disconnecting to the monitor, the battery life of camera and monitor is horrible and the mobile app requires to reconnect to the camera all over again. Not recommended at all

Great camera for indoor use. Clear vision on the monitor and phone. Good sound, however doesn’t alert loud noise/crying very well.

Regret ! Did not get what was promised bere
1. Video using wifi keeps getting stuck which is the worst, and it gets stuck alottt. 2. Monitor keeps getting stuck repeatedly its too much for a house thats just 1 floor 3. After just little use my app keeps telling me the camera is offline! But the monitor is working! 4. I spent so much money for this but i REGRET! there are other cams for just aed 100 and work better with excellent picture. 5. Am not sure how to fix any of this :( Very disappointed.

Biggest Regret! Save Your Money
Not relatable what so ever. Since the day I got it i have been facing connectivity issues. I wish i refunded it than trying to RESET IT (that is the advice i got from customer service) wifi feature is not reliable can disconnect anytime and using the Bluetooth the range is SO BAD like only two rooms away doesn’t think of going a level up or down it doesn’t reach. Right now I’m using a cctv camera and an extra phone to monitor my baby.

الكاميرا ممتازة، وضوحها عالٍ وسهلة الاستخدام. للتسجيل تحتاج إلى بطاقة microSD، وهي غير مرفقة داخل العلبة. إذا كان المنزل من دورين، فتحتاج إلى شبكة واي فاي قوية لضمان ثبات الاتصال وعدم التقطيع. العيب الوحيد أن حامل الكاميرا المرفق غير ثابت في بعض الأماكن يمكن استخدام حامل كاميرا ثلاثي، وسيكون أكثر ثباتًا وعملية

Monitor packed with nifty features for parents of multiples
PROS: 1.) Active noise reduction 2.) Alternates the sound every 5 seconds between the two cameras and you can see both babies at the same time 3.) If the power goes out the camera has a built in rechargeable battery, so you can still see baby 4.) 24/7 recording (for this feature I believe you have to have a c10 micro SD card (max 128gb) installed into the camera. I have ordered a sandisk extreme C10 128gb for my camera) 5.) Comes with a crib mount 6.) Sound alerts to our phones , option to use critical alert option so it bypasses silent and DND modes on your iphone 7.) 4K HD 8.) Camera has a built in battery, if power goes out you can still see baby 9.) night vision 10.) Cameras LED light auto turns off in the dark 11.) Works with wifi and non wifi, so no problem if power goes out & since camera has built in battery 12.) 2 cameras and monitor bundle on Amazon is currently $359. 13.) User manual states you can connect up to 4 cameras to this monitor as well, however I’m not sure how many the split screen option shows at once. 14.) App access to view cameras from phone CONS of Eufy E21: 1.) From the reviews, it appears they are working out some kinks with the sound and other reported glitches 2.) Users have noted that the monitor doesn't play an active noise/alarm when monitor is dying or when/if camera disconnects, so you could possibly sleep through not being able to see or hear babies through the night without that alarm feature. 3.) Users have noted when you switch the wifi off, it doesn’t actually disconnect. Users have noted that Eufy support has said they are working on an update to this as well. 4.) I do not believe there is a floor stand. Not sure if pro or con of Eufy E21: 1.) User stated as a pro, but I see it as a con, monitor unit does not have a kickstand. However, it does have a charging base for it to sit upright on. I am also not sure if the Eufy requires a monthly subscription to use the app. I will provide updates when I receive the unit (set to arr

Eu plugs
Eufy are great products we have multiple cameras around our house and I’ve never had a problem with any definitely recommend the brand. However massively disappointed they sent me eu plugs in the box it shouldn’t be hard to work out if it’s perched in the UK to put the right plugs in the box.

Does what it needs to. Crystal clear image.
Wife wanted a good camera. Her friends all have the nannit with a subscription. This is totally good enough. The camera is crystal clear and when the baby wakes up and makes a noise the monitor turns on and we hear her. We can also monitor with our phones over wifi, so she can check on the baby when she’s out and I’ve put the baby to bed. The image is so good we can see the baby breathing for peace of mind. Great product, no problems. Comes with an attachment for the crib. Expensive, but it’s quality and not as expensive as the other brands.
