This experience severely damaged my trust in Amazon
Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst purchasing experiences I have had with Amazon. I purchased the product specifically because the Amazon app clearly offered an interest-free installment option through my bank, allowing me to select the number of monthly installments and complete the entire checkout process within the app. At no point was there any warning, notification, or instruction indicating that additional action outside the Amazon app was required to complete or activate the installment plan. Had this been clearly stated, I would not have made the purchase in the first place. Approximately 20 days later, I was shocked to discover that my credit card statement showed the full purchase amount charged in a single payment instead of installments. When I contacted my bank, they confirmed that they had never received the installment request from Amazon, stated that the issue was on Amazon’s side, and advised me to contact Amazon directly. Even more disappointing was Amazon Customer Service’s response: the only solution offered was to return the product, but only if it had not been opened. How can this reasonably be expected after 20 days, when the product had already been opened and used in good faith because the Amazon app had given me every reason to believe that the installment purchase had been successfully completed? This is not simply a customer service issue; it is a serious flaw in the purchasing and checkout process itself. The way the installment option was presented led me to make a financial commitment based on the reasonable understanding that the selected installment plan had been successfully applied. Unfortunately, this experience has significantly damaged my trust in the transparency of Amazon’s purchasing process. I sincerely hope Amazon addresses this issue and corrects the checkout process so that other customers are not placed in the same situation.

Best of all 🎉
I really love everything about the phone The best decision I ever made 🤗
Very very reasonable exchange value
When Amazon sells and that too with a trade in offer. Never think twice. They got a reasonable value for exchange.

Best purchase I've made in years — 8 months in and still flawless I purchased this iPhone 17 Pro Max (256GB) from Amazon 8 months ago, and it's been my primary device ever since — genuinely hasn't disappointed me even once. Coming from someone who uses their phone heavily throughout the day — work, calls, streaming, gaming, photography — I can confidently say this phone has exceeded every expectation. Performance: The A19 Pro chip is an absolute beast. Whether I'm multitasking between apps, editing photos, or gaming for hours, there's zero lag, zero stutter. Everything feels instant. Display: The 6.9-inch ProMotion display is stunning. Scrolling feels buttery smooth, colors are vivid, and it's a joy to watch content or read on. Once you experience ProMotion, going back to a standard refresh rate feels impossible. Battery: This is where it truly shines. Even after 8 months of daily heavy use, the battery still comfortably lasts a full day, often stretching into the next. No noticeable degradation, no anxiety about carrying a charger everywhere. Build & everyday use: It still feels as premium as day one — no slowdowns, no glitches, no random restarts. It has handled everything I've thrown at it without breaking a sweat. Delivery & packaging: Ordered through Amazon and the whole experience was smooth — genuine product, well-packaged, and delivered right on time. Great buying experience overall. Honestly, this is hands-down the best iPhone I've owned. If you're on the fence, this is your sign — it's worth every penny. Smooth, speedy, reliable, and built to last. Highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
