This card is a beast! I've rocked the RTX 2080 for around 5 years and, finally, decided to upgrade after it struggled with my newly purchased G9 Odyssey. I was a bit skeptical due to the price-point but it was totally worth it. Halo Infinite on max settings runs at a smooth 120 FPS @ 1440p 244hz without missing a beat compared to a 50-70 FPS @ 1440p 100hz on LOW. It's improvements across the board and the increased performance has been more than noticeable on every single game I've played since then (incl. Hunt: Showdown, ARMORED CORE VI, ELDEN RING, etc.)The ONLY con for this card has to be the sheer size. Unfortunately I had to remove two frontal fans on my Corsair 680X case just for it to fit and the anti-sag bracket (included with the card) was not able to fit due to the front case cover. If you have a smaller case I'd check to make sure the clearance is high enough for this card otherwise you'll be doing something similar.Other than that; if you can afford this card and it fits in your case, go for it!

There has been a whole lot more hype about the 40 series cards, than they deserve, in my opinion. I was using a 3060, it done almost as well if I let the card bake. The DLSS doesn't make any improvements from my perspective. I would rather use anti-aliasing. If I had it to do over, I would buy a stack of 3060s and let them bake. For the price of one of these cards.That said the card arrived on time was undamaged and looked brand new. Installation of the card and anti sag bracket wasn't hard at all.

The video frame rate is good, the graphics are clean, BUT... it (used to) black out because of a manufacturer design flaw. The power connector (12VHPWR) is severely under-rated! It has 12 pins which provide 6 pins of 12Volts and 6 pins of ground, along with a few current sense pins. I suspect the current sense pins were going out of tolerance and shutting the video down. The 12VHPWR connector CLAIMS to be rated for 300Watts, but don't you believe it! The graphics card blacked out every day until I broke the warranty and disassembled the graphics card to bypass the power connector. I took one of the larger 8 pin MINIFIT JR connectors from the power supply that provides 12volts and combined these pins with the power pins on the graphics card by hard wiring the 8 pins directly to the PCB of the graphics card. PROBLEM SOLVED, but no warranty any more.

I've always been a fan of NVidia's xx70 line of cards. They don't get much hype in the "gaming" world because everyone either talks about the highest-end 80 and 90 cards or the budget tier 50 and 60 cards.If you're looking for decent gaming and productivity performance while not breaking the bank this is where it's at.Not the best card you can get in this tier and if you're looking for RGB there are better options available but I've been building PCs with Gigabyte components since the mid-2000s and I've never had an issue.I'm fairly new to the AORUS line, only last year picking up two motherboards and now this card for my personal build and I must say the performance is impressive.My work environment is quite noisy and my headphones are noise cancelling so I never notice the fans ramping up.Temps have been considerably low considering the ambient temperature where I live is around 30C.Running tests in 3D Mark has yielded just above average ratings without OC for users with the same parts.Overall I'm satisfied with the product. Just need to find a way to register for my warranty since i can't find the box.

At the push of a good friend, I decided to get BG3 and throw it on my 4070ti tower with my Samsung 4k tv.I decided to run full Ultra settings and played for about 40 minutes. I am learning the mechanics of this game. I personally like Diablo 4 better.I averaged 97FPS in 4k with a 120mhz Samsung tv. I cant say I have anything to complain about. I want to try Cyberpunk next.

I needed this card to get Alan Wake 2 and Starfield to run at decent frame rates. It was a really good upgrade for my existing intel i7-9700K rig. My monitors are 1080p, so I didn't stress the card at higher resolution rates.
